Sometimes it takes a village to make the changes you want for your life–and I want to offer you that village. In my group coaching program, I unite busy moms like you under a common goal of using nutrition to feel and look amazing. 

Being a mom is hard enough–we know that we truly cannot do it all, despite our best efforts. We lean into our village to help us with our kids, our jobs, our household... Why should our self-care be any different?

My group program is a positive and intentional one designed to bring out the best in all of us–so everyone can meet their weight loss goals. If you enjoy a combination of self-paced learning and interactive Q&A coaching sessions, and want to undertake this journey in a supportive, inclusive environment that will still hold you accountable, you’re in the right place.

I made a friend in the group and we continue to text our wins and struggles. We provide support for each other by referring to the tools that we learned in the PEACE Method such as recognizing we need more protein or encouraging a walk or workout. It's awesome to have a PEACE buddy!

What’s Included

My 8-week small group coaching program is designed to help busy moms come together for accountability and mutual support while I guide them on their nutrition journeys. 

Each program includes:

  • Pre-recorded video education modules and resources dedicated to helping busy moms lose weight for good, including nutrition 101, cravings, emotional eating, mindset, exercise, sleep, stress management, and more.

  • Eight live hour-long weekly video group nutrition coaching sessions led by me, with recordings sent 24-48 hours afterward.

  • One 60-minute 1-on-1 video coaching session with me to kick off the program and set your individual nutrition and weight loss goals.

  • Group community page to give you the accountability you need to hit your goals and lose weight for good in a supportive environment.

 Frequently Asked Questions

  • I totally get it. Life is busy! I plan to offer this group program 3x/year, but as you know in mom-life, best laid plans sometimes change! If you've been thinking about weight loss for some time now, I encourage you to sign up for the waitlist so you are the first to know details about the next group.

  • I don't believe in prescriptive meal plans or calorie counting. The PEACE Method allows you to learn how to eat and live a lifestyle that you can maintain long-term. So yes, we will talk about food, macronutrients, and calories–but not with a focus on restriction. Instead, my goal is for you to never count calories again!

  • I get it! Life gets BUSY and sometimes things come up. You'll get the most out of the program by attending live, but you'll receive the recordings if you can't attend any given week.

  • First, let me assure you this is not your typical group program. You’ll get access to self-paced videos to learn all the ins and outs of the PEACE Method, my proven weight loss method for busy moms. Then, during each live weekly video session, we will dive into all of your questions, challenges, and wins, with personalized coaching in the video room so you feel incredibly supported (and can learn from each other!). If you can't attend live, I'll send you the recording, and you can pre-submit any questions you have. There is also a community page where you can post wins and ask questions–which is a wonderful way to get support not only from me but from your peers!
